In order to obtain the data, we chose a sample from a large number of available populations. The data for this research is collected by making a questionnaire and getting it filled from the individuals. 60% of the sample was from BAF and 40% was from BBA. They all belonged to different semesters and some were done with just one and others with 2nd placement as well.
Their job roles also varied from junior auditor to administrators and analysts, and so were their roles. 40% of the students had their job hours between 35 to 37 hours per week as per their contract, another 40% had 40 hours per week and 20% of them had 48 hours per week according to their contract. 20% of the students even had 8-14 hours a day.
80% of the students had the ‘job title’ as their least preference, whereas only 20% of them had salary as their last option. 60% of the students had ‘corporate culture and reputation’ of the company as their top priority. However, 10% of the students preferred ‘workplace environment’ and the rest 10% preferred ‘location’.
