The questionnaires asked had some detailed questions about the type of communication people use at work place. Most of the people at the work place believed that they had communication skills. Females liked verbal communication more than written communication because the communication style of the females is attached with expressions and emotions. Most of the communication conducted by females in the offices is to clear the queries and find out about the facts that are present in the mind of other person. Written communication is often used at work place and it was evaluated that written communication takes much time than verbal communication. The results of the written communication addressed the concern of people about the delay of feedback by the other person. Written communication was effective in developing memos and minutes of the presentation. Employees who had jobs in the human resource department were not happy with the written communication because most of the time their job is to persuade other members of the organization so their productivity can be increased. Written communication took much longer time than verbal communication and the feedback involved in written communication was effective to some extent. People answered that written communication took some hours of reply by the receiver and this was the most frustrating part of the written communication. Along with this is written communication people could not explain about their expressions and exact feelings.
