During the past few decades, India has gone through a radical transformation and has evolved as one of the few nations that have success adopted liberalization with a reasonably stable and well established democratic structure (Varshney, 2007). Recent progress card of India as an economy has left everybody spellbound with its speedy growth and power to influence internationally; the world is gradually realizing the potential that India possesses. With globalization and liberalization policies adopted by the country’s governing bodies, the markets were let open for the global players and the best brands of the world were made available for the newly evolving tech savvy middle class that has a higher disposable income. Indian economy showed highest growth in the last quarter of 2010 and the first quarter of 2011 with an annual growth of 7.4 percent in the year 2010 (Business Insider, 2011). As per the predictions made by the economists, Indian economy is expected to grow at 8.75- 9.25 percent for next fiscal year of 2012 (Indiamart, 2011).
