  The research attempts to match the best restaurant according to the visitor experience the client seeks from the ‘dine out activity’ of the Vancouver food festival. While there are more than 20 restaurants available on the list, it is the purpose of this research report to match client interests. Client is interested in seafood and hence three restaurants are selected and analyzed based on additional requirement details from the client, existing data on the restaurants and expert opinion.

  The data is collected by both primary and secondary methods of data collection. Data collection is collected from the client Marco by means of a direct interview style conversation conducted over the phone. Secondary data is collected by means of websites and research reports on the restaurant and the food festival. Expert opinion is collected from a person who has attended the food festival and tasted the restaurant food at least thrice before. The limitations of the research are that the expert reviewer was not selected randomly and was selected from a convenience sample.
