Before the war southerners who were educated were in the favor of slavery as it would help them in the emancipation of slaves and will boost the economy when labor system will be enhanced. As this situation grew worse it was observed that morality issues and claims were presented by the side of slaves and it was not acceptable. As New England was given the responsibility for the development of the slaves in America they were being scrutinized and they were asked to leave this responsibility as most of the slaves were not happy with the situation.
