Sampling methods
If the topic “management of people and organizational performance” random sampling will be the best option for that as the sample size will not be very big. Around 100 people need to be involved in the study (Wolcott, 1995). The research is aimed to be conducted with different people who are involved in various organizations. Most of the participants in the research are mid and high level management staff and the employees of the organizations. The sample will be chosen from a large number of populations to get accurate result and to make the research more effective.
Methodology
Two types of data are required in the research, i.e. primary data and secondary data. Primary data is the data gathered through the survey conducted with the employees and management staff of the organizations. The secondary data will be based on the books, journals and other sources. A number of people will be involved to conduct the survey. Help from a marketing organization will be taken to collect the emails and phone numbers of the employees and management staff of the organization. It was primarily decided to conduct the survey with people after meeting them but it is quite cost effective and it will take a long time. So, it has been decided to send the survey questionnaires through email and then inform them and talk about it through telephone. There will be some research questions that will be included in the questionnaires.
