In any organization, the foremost concern of an employee is how well the future prospects of his/her career are. Career development is also the assurance of job security. All employees need to feel secure and at ease with their job. The task of the HR here is to not only enhance the career opportunities of other employees in an organization but also work towards their own career growth – personal career development.
