For all the existing employees, it is critical to always encourage them for better services and also conduct monthly learning sessions for new things such as new dishes, new languages, etc. to make sure every employee is in line with the current trends and hence can serve better. This will help the café to get more revenues because employee will be happy and will serve customers more. This also mean more orders and even repeating orders. This will also provide more opportunities for employees to grow.
