Task 2
I think the costs for support functions like logistics, packaging, purchasing and supply, delivery inspection, materials handling should be decreased in order to achieve high profitability. It will be good for getting some of the jobs done by member staff within the organization. The staff should be trained to handle such activities. It will save huge cost. According to my opinions, these steps should be taken by JM management to achieve high profits in all of their products.
