• The people who are leading the business play perhaps the most vital role in the success or failure of a business (Kossowski, 2007). With just a few heading the organization, this form cannot be called democratic for those in the power are taking the main decisions. The responsibility of the leaders does not end with just taking decisions, for it is their responsibility to inspire the people working for them and also to ensure that there is a healthy environment in the work place for everybody. The few leading the team of the business have to pull the employees from disheartenment during failure as well.
• It is very important that the strategies implemented are progressive and in keeping with the changes of the world. Plans which are regressive will not be able to improve the condition of a business.
• The goals set for the organization must be achievable and real. Setting unrealistic goals will not only create despair with failure, but also lose the confidence of the workers on their leaders.
