My introvert/ extrovert oriented analysis indicated that I am a moderate introvert. Being a moderate introvert I believe that the chances of me improving to become more of an extrovert are high. I would have to learn to think like an extrovert and also believe that I would have to improve my ways of thinking and my ways of collaborating with people. I also believe to do this; I would need an action plan where I can address all the different elements that I have identified as needing improvement according to the SRGDI questionnaire and results analysis. A person working with the tourism sector needs to develop their self. In my SRGDI analysis I found that it is necessary to improve on my interpersonal skills. I need to learn to better collaborate with people as this is a must in the tourism sector. There are demands that will be placed by the tourism sector that can be met only when I am more creative in my thinking, I should also become more of an extrovert. In the context of the result analysis of the SRGDI, I have also developed an action plan that has been attached in the appendices.
