Eduardo Paolozzi is a British Artist. His artistic interpretations gained prominence in UK after the World War II. He was able to turn concepts of surrealism into everyday objects. There are some key elements that have been observed in Paolozzi works. He had amalgamated the concepts of surrealism in modern day art. In the concept of surrealism, the artists basically create new imageries and objects that are starkly different from everyday objects. Notions behind this ideology are that it allows the unconscious minds to manifest itself. There are no limitations to the artist imagination. Physical limitation of the objects is not considered in this concept. Paolozzi started as a surreal artist (Ehrenzweig 18). Many of his early works were similar to the concepts of surrealism. In retrospection, many of his surreal art forms have enabled him to gain immense popularity. In surrealism concepts the expressions can seem to be beyond comprehension. This Artistic movement gained prominence during early 1920s. After the advent of pop art movement, there was an interesting mix of surrealism and pop art culture that was expressed. Paolozzi is considered to be the pioneer of this art form. He is considered to be a creator of this art form. He questions the people fundamental beliefs and values.
