The first study focuses on how the efficiency of the team working and how the human resources do effectively mobilized the employee to achieve the efficient result to get the higher return. For better understanding of the organization it is necessary to involved in all kind of work and knows about them it creates a very good culture in the firm and builds a long term relationship with the firm’s management and the employee. Any organization which has the good history of human interaction and performance definitely the work culture of that place is awesome. (Fulop et al, 2004)
