This communication plan is prepared for communicating the leadership strategy among the staff of Lion Beer, Spirits & Wine New Zealand at the home country as well as at the host country. Due to the lack of proper communication between the locations of business at different places the problems related to global trade and exports arises. These problems include ethical issues, differences in the culture, training and development and selection of the human resource. These problems affect the entry of the product offered by Lion Beer, Spirits & Wine New Zealand in the new international market (Wang et. al., 2012).
For the purpose of dealing with these issues there is a need to adopt strategies which provide flexibility to the business in conducting its operations. These strategies include management strategies, leadership strategies, communication strategies and marketing strategies. A communication plan helps an organisation in the communication of the leadership strategy among the staff of Lion Beer, Spirits & Wine in New Zealand as well in India. Open communication is an effective manner which provides a link between the different employees for communicating with each other in an effective manner .
