The culture of society is the mixture of different personal behaviour, the way of living or acting, nature and the environment of that place. It is very important for international managers to know and understand about it because they can benefit greatly from understanding the nature, dimensions and variables of specific culture and how these affect work and organizational processes. This cultural awareness enables them to develop appropriate policies and determine how to plan, organize, lead and control in a specific international setting. Such a process of adaption of environment is necessary to successfully implement strategy. Yes of course, I noticed a cultural difference among my batchmates. These differences affect the class environment much in sense of learning of different cultures at one time make us to adjust according to that and different challenges to acquire that knowledge. These differences make the class a unique learning place which you can’t get everywhere. These cultural differences don’t affect the group project wrongly but it is good when we work in different environment because only then we can reach to the correct analysis. Really, it is a best experience to work in such a diversifying environment and challenging environment and creates a natural happiness.
