The Hotel should have a suitable locality and accessibility. Hotel’s exterior as well as the regions around should be visually eye-catching (i.e. external look of the hotel, green regions, gardens, terraces etc.). The interiors of the hotel need to be visually attractive (i.e. reorganization of rooms, furniture, equipments layout and decorations).
• Proper and adequate information
The customers’ should be informed about the various options available with respect to taxi, rooms etc. so that they can choose the most suitable according to their set budget at the time of booking. Customers’ should be informed about the services and facilities offered well before. Also, the hotel staff should make sure that they tell customers what they actually offer and not just everything that they don’t even offer in order to catch their attention. In case if the area is prone to frequent rains, cold or hot weather, the hotel staff should inform the customers about the same so that they can come fully equipped. Prospectuses, menus, brochures, wine lists etc. should be visually attractive and should be up-to-date with respect to prices and availability. In case of any change in the price or availability of any item which is not mentioned in the menus, brochures etc. it should be immediately brought to customers’ attention.
